Meet Michael Hensley

I am a lifelong resident of West Milford New Jersey and have over 5 years experience working in the Northern and Central New Jersey Real Estate Market. I pride myself on listening to my clients needs and guiding them through the Real Estate process. If my clients are selling a home, I perform a CMA (Current Market Analysis) free of charge that gives extensive details that supports the recommended price that the home should be listed to sell for. I also answer and advise my home selling clients on many topics unique to their property and I help to explain what they need to do as well as what they don't need to do. As I consult with my clients I can help prepare them to know and anticipate many aspects of the deal that we can expect in the current market place. With my home buying clients I help them make the necessary appointments to see the homes that they have an interest in seeing, I provide recommendations to numerous other professionals within the industry such as mortgage lenders, Home Inspectors, Septic Inspectors, Real Estate Attorneys and any other consultant that we might need to confer with in order to protect my client and enable them to buy a home that they can be happy and confident with at the best possible market price. It a good feeling to be able to confidently advise people on such an important decision as selling or buying a home.
